EXERCISE CLASSES
Group Exercise Classes allow you to achieve the benefits such as aerobic, anaerobic, strength and toning gains, in a controled and fun environment.
Our instructors teach a variety of classes at various sports centres in Bristol and the Bath Area. Classes are varied and are designed to suit all levels of fitness. Please contact for further information.
