SBS FITNESS CHALLENGE

So you think you're fit?

This is a fitness challenge with a difference! The SBS Challenge Class is based on the physical entrance test required by a marine in order to be considered for SBS training.

The class consists of a 3 mile run (distance optional) followed by 9 exercises carried out in succession with no rests between exercises. Points are scored for each individual exercise as listed below.

Come along and meet the challenge and watch your score increase over the months as you train more. The highest score achieved to date is 926 points.

Announcements will be made as to when this class is held but usually it is once a month in Bath on a Tuesday. The following is the class that is carried out at present.

Burpees 1 minute 4 per rep
Full sit-ups 1 minute 1 per rep
Shoulder Press 1 minute 1 per rep
Bar Jumps 1 minute 1 per rep
